"Suffering" is like a drug...
We take drugs to treat diseases, improve health, lower pain, save lives or increase pleasure.
Try to imagine “Suffering” like natural drug which fortifies your body, your mind, your personality through a complex and painful process.

It’s like an antibiotic vaccine of penicillin. You don’t want to feel that pain but if you want to move on then you have to do endure the pain.
Once installed in your body “Suffering” creates an anomaly and destroys the balance. That’s not a bad thing and maybe it sounds crazy but in the end the equilibrium will be restored and it will be more stable. Accepting and understanding this idea is very important. Having this mindset can actually speed up the healing process.
You body detects anomalies and takes action by choosing the best ways of doing that. It’s a tough task, needs a lot of resources and takes time. Do everything that stays in your power in order to help your body in his process. Help yourself!
As you may already know is not enough to take the drug. You should also respect the treatment procedures and follow doctor’s advice. Yeah! Yeah! You heard that before but maybe after reading this you will understand why.
Must-have: eat, drink, sleep, relax, sports and sex (love :p)
Nice-to-have: meet new people, make new friends, socialize, play, laugh, dance, travel everywhere you can, go to performances / films / concerts / exhibitions, contact your old friends, visit your relatives, change job/s, change places, ask for help, help others, discover and do what challenges you.
These Must-have and Nice-to-have things are valuable resources for our body. We realize how important they are when losing them. We suffer when that happens but instead of giving up we should continue searching, obtaining, improving and replacing some of them with better ones.
In the recovering process your body will chose the best resources to fix problems. That’s why you need as much resources as possible. Give your body a lot of options and you will be surprised by the results!
Don’t be afraid to suffer when adding variety to your life, trying new things, pushing your limits or discovering yourself. If you are young you are a very lucky person. You can’t imagine how quickly you can recover from suffering compared with an adult. Live the moment, feel the present, taste the beauty of life without fear.
“Suffering” is like a drug…
I recommend taking “Suffering” in small doses from time to time. A large dose after a long period of happiness creates a devastating pain and slows down the recovering process. Take care of you!
